The supply of a KA-BAND TX/RX BEACON GROUND STATIONS for Eutelsat in Rambouillet has been successfully completed.
The Beacon Ground Station can receive the signal from the satellite in the following bands:
•19.2 ÷ 20.2 GHz RX BAND
•27.50 ÷ 30.00 GHz TX BAND
The antenna has a 1.8 m double Cassegrain reflector centered geometry with shaped sub-reflector so as obtain very high efficiency value. The very low RMS value ensure very low secondary sidelobes.
The Deicing system guarantees a temperature on the reflector as to favor the immediate dissolution of avoiding snow accumulation and allows it to function in extreme installation conditions.
